The tooltip first tells what the event is (Button 1 Off, not Button 1
Press or Button 2 <something>), then what action will be performed
(iconify-window).  It puts the window into the "iconified" state and
doesn't display it in a normal frame.  A window manager should do
nothing more than manage windows.  Displaying icons is not part of
managing windows so sawfish leaves that chore to the desktop.
