Hi, try to mount /dev/hda3 on e.g. /mnt and use this lilo.conf ... image=/mnt/boot/vmlinuz label=debian root=/dev/hda3 read-only If you have a boot-Partition (for the Debian-System) mount the boot-Partition instead of /dev/hda3 an use image=/mnt/vmlinuz.
