Hello,

I'm currently using Woody. Poprelayd and postfix can not work correctly
together.
Poprelayd writes an ip address onto the hash db. It seems to be correct
because poprelayd -p prints the ip address without any problems.
On the other hand, postfix writes the following message when trying to
send a mail from client Windows2000.

---------------------------

Oct 21 18:04:28 marian postfix/master[4269]: daemon started
Oct 21 18:04:56 marian in.qpopper[4275]: (v4.0.3) POP login by user
"nomura" at(tom-win.tmo.co.jp) 192.168.1.24 [pop_log.c:244]
Oct 21 18:05:03 marian postfix/smtpd[4276]: fatal: open database
/var/mail/popip.db: Unknown error 4294936306
Oct 21 18:05:04 marian postfix/master[4269]: warning: process
/usr/lib/postfix/smtpd pid 4276 exit status 1
Oct 21 18:05:04 marian postfix/master[4269]: warning:
/usr/lib/postfix/smtpd: bad command startup -- throttling

---------------------------
The initial popip.db was built by makemap command. In case of building
by postmap command, postfix makes no error but popdelayd shows an error
"can not open popip.db" .
I suppose poprelayd and postfix can not open the same kind of db.

Is there any solutions ?

Tomoo
