There is no "pcmcia" module. There is, however, a collection of modules that provide support for various PCMCIA devices. The laptop that I have to use has an Intel i82365 PCMCIA bridge. It also has a 3Com NIC, it uses the 3c59x Vortex driver. What is your pcmcia bridge? ('lspci') What is your NIC? HTH, -D
