Not that I know of. Hopefully you still have your binutils_2.11.92.0.5-2_i386.deb file in /var/cache/apt/archives. If so, you can just use dpkg directly: dpkg -i --force-downgrade /var/cache/apt/archives/binutils_2.11.92.0.5-2_i386.deb That should do it. You may need to downgrade binutils-doc as well, if one is dependent on the other. Craig
