I check, it was there, created by the installer (good job Gebina). However,
that started me off down teh trail of checking that. So, I killed ntpd, and
tried ntp my_time_server. It failsd :-(. Interesting, since the FreeBSD box
siting next to it was able to do the idnetical thing. 

Any thoughts on this?
