Hello Jason, Check out the logs of both tftpd and bootpd. Consult the man pages for the location of these and even better for switches of verbose debug-level logging. I've faced the same problem in the past and, believe me, you can't figure out what's wrong without a hint from the logs. Excuse me for not providing more info but I don't work with booptd any more.
