Hi There, I have:
ii spamassassin 2.20-1woody Perl-based spam filter using text ii sysklogd 1.4.1-11 System Logging Daemon ii fetchmail 5.9.11-7 POP3, APOP, IMAP mail ii exim 3.36-4 An MTA (Mail Transport Agent) ii procmail 3.22-6 Versatile e-mail processor. I've commented out every line/section in my syslog.conf that refers to a console, xconsole or /dev/tty but I continuously get: <mail.info> spamd[###] connection from localhost [127.0.0.1] on port #### ...every time a message comes into my mailbox. This is very annoying considering I get at least 100 messages per hour depending on how busy the various mailing lists I'm on happen to be. Does anyone know what elese might be sending the messages to the console? DSL -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
