Hi, please can anybody tell me the way to include a new device driver as loadable module AND, alternatively, in the kernel. My special case: I have got a RAid Controller ICP GDT6123RS with the driver files gdth.tgz and I have kernel 2.2.19
At the time I have got a new gdth.o in /lib/modules/2.2.19 but I can't reproduce the way I did it. And then??? Greetings Rainer
