ERROR: Cannot send cue sheet.
ERROR: Simulation failed.
Please try the CD-TEXT patch which is available from the 'patch' section
of http://sourceforge.net/projects/cdrdao/. Some drives do not accept
the standard CD-TEXT cue sheet format. The patch tries to send a couple
of cue sheet variants to avoid this problem.
