Woody will become stable in then next months. Now it is the distri for testing the newer software till it will be real stable. Sid is much more unstable. This is the distri for testing the newest software. Some packages of Sid are unusable whithout modifying the source code cause they have too much bugs. If you like a most stable system use Woody!!! > Second question: > How should I modify the following two lines in sources.list to use > with dselect? > > deb http://security.debian.org stable/updates main contrib non-free > deb http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian stable main contrib non-free deb http://security.debian.org woody/updates main contrib non-free deb http://ftp.it.debian.irg/debian woody main contrib non-free > Or should I use apt-get?
