I could be wrong (it's happened before) but I think that in the
newer version of X, XF86Setup has kind of been retired--I haven't
seen it, anyway. There are several other options for X configuration
that *weren't* there before, though (which may be considered replacements,
I don't know). You can try running XFree86 -configure (or maybe it's
'--configure'); or even more similar (in a way) to XF86Setup is
xf86cfg (which is different from xf86config). I think all of these
are standard X things, and not dependent on which version of Debian
you are running so much as on which version of XFree86.
