erlangen is the name of a debian server in germany. it is often used by european developers to upload their packages to debian. on a regular basis (every day ?) , the syncronisation is made between this server and other debian servers. so if a package is uploaded to erlangen, it should appear in the distrib quite soon. unfortunatly, i dont know how it would spread to security.d.o from erlangen. jmb > > I'm accostumed every now and then to download updated packages for > potato 2.2r3 from security.debian.org via dselect and update.
