File a bug report? Seriously: it's the same case here. Have you tried firing up a different window manager: ice, blackbox, WindowMaker, sawfish, Enlightenment? For some strange reason these other wm's showed most of the fonts correctly in typically KDE apps. I suspect it has something to do with the locales setting. This first happened to me after I installed OpenOffice.
