Am I the only one who considers it a bug that "Parallel printer support" (and, for that matter, "Support for user-space parallel port device drivers") is under "Character devices" instead of "Parallel port support" in the 2.4 configurator? And that the help text on "Parallel port support" doesn't mention that it doesn't include printer support even though its list of suboptions doesn't list anything printer-related? (The referenced page for driver information also fails to mention that parallel support does not include printer support.) Assuming someone doesn't come along and explain how the current arrangement makes perfect sense and moving printer options from "Character deviceds" to "Parallel port support" would be stupid, who would I talk to about getting this fixed? The linux-parport list? The linux-kernel list? Linus himself?
