No, but if you find out, could you please let me know <grin>?
...so far I have had problems rendering *any* XML Docbooks files on
Debian without DTD errors, rendering errors, etc.
mathml is one of the things I will look investigate (as well SVG
support), once I get the basics like the DTDs working.
