hi, a friend of mine is running potato's WindowMaker ontop a 3.3.6 X installation, using xdm rather than startx.
Every now and then when she logs in through xdm, WindowMaker sits for a minute or so before it crashes (and returns her to the xdm screen). Subsequent attempts do not crash.
