Hi all, Does anyone know whether the 3ware escalade raid drivers are bootable? I.e do I have to have a seperate non-raid drive on which to put the kernel. I'm thinking that I shouldn't have to because the raid array appears to linux as a SCSI drive, but the BIOS would also have to support it wouldn't it?
