Good mornin' Andrea, Seems many of the lists have been 'harvested' for email addresses. I received the mentioned spam via debian-user and it was also directed to my local personal email address. This is becoming very common for list users to wind up being spammed over and over again. I notified my ISP and they certianly didn't care. The solution seems to be my "d" key. . . :)
<<>> Hi all, I've spoken, by telephone, with commercial man of Directline. I'm waiting from him the name of who has putted debian list address in their contacts (well, I know what you're thinking). Now, as soon as possible, I will "alert" anti-spam systems, so I would like to receive suggests and info about the appropriate way to use them. thanks, andrea gelmini (very, very, very upset by spam) <<>> -- Jaye Inabnit\ARS ke6sls/TELE: USA-707-442-6579\/A GNU-Debian linux user Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] WEB: http://www.qsl.net/ke6sls ICQ: 12741145 If it's stupid, but works, it ain't stupid.
