OK, I've patched together an override file and used dpkg-scanpackages to create Packages. I've added deb http://bradley/debian westling main to /etc/apt/sources.list. But apt-get doesn't like my archive. It insists that the Packages file isn't there, even though I can go in manually on port 80 and find it right where apt-get says it isn't.
