try 'update-menus' on debian systems it seems that you will be unable to directly edit the menus via wmakeconf because it includes a menu (from somewhere i don't rember via menu.hook) which is generated from installed packages (thou im _not_ 100% sure on this) have a look in ~/GNUstep/Library/WindowMaker/ adam
