since about the time alsa in debian was upgraded to .9 there seems to be no way to unload alsa modules, /etc/init.d/alsa stop does not work and rmmod individual modules (the ones that no other module depends on does not work), it does not complain about anything but modules are not unloaded. any ideas? anybody else has the same problem?
(can't get to bugs.deban.org) TIA erik
