Here is another file, describing the isntallation process very well: http://www.debian.org/releases/2.2/i386/install I don't understand why this document is not displayed in a clearer manner and at a more accessible place than it is currently. It took me 2 or 3 days of combing over debian.org to find it. Then again, I might quite possibly not be a very proficient searcher.

I was hoping you could help me with installing it since I don't know how to. I read through some documentation and the situations it described required me to already have a previous linux version. Would it be best for me to order it on cd, or would I have the same problem? Any information provided will be greatly appreciated. > > > > You should really take a good look at debian.org.
