Samba works thru isp's as far as i know, it's been few years since i toyed with it, but try to google for 'lanman over internet' .. if this is one time thing, just get one of the shareware ftp servers and install it on your windows machine and then just ftp the files out of it .. or you could just use ftp client on windows machine and ftp the files into the linux machine ..
