Hello everyone! By now I'm rather pissed off. I managed to install qmail 1.03 on my potato and when it comes to the point where I want to start the local delivery functionality, the log says some about "unable to switch to queue directory"... -and then I tried almost everything. read docs, faqs... searched geocrawler, found out that the debian mailinglist-search engine doesn't work (or doesn't work in a way that a reasonable man would expect something like this to do), tried google, followed all possible steps, but still this message. Has anyone been able to get this running in such a configuration?
this big hassle just to get an MTA to operation can't be the pride of anyone.
