Add the following line to your .Xresources file
Netscape*toolBar.myshopping.isEnabled: false
You could also try
Netscape*toolBar.destinations.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.search.isEnabled: false
Netscape*toolBar.viewSecurity.isEnabled: false
