Hi, When I booted up today I got the by-now-famous "LI" hanging lilo ... I used my rescue disk to get into my system. When I updated, lilo was one of the packages that was upgraded, so I thought "ah, perhaps that'll fix it."
So I tried powering down and booting back up. This time, I got "LI"s repeating themselves all the way down the screen, over and over. Here is my lilo.conf file: boot=/dev/hda3 root=/dev/hda3 # This file was created automatically by liloconfig # Automatic creation, will do it every time # run dpkg-reconfigure lilo if you want to change the way this operates install=/boot/boot.b delay=20 map=/boot/map read-only image=/boot/vmlinuz-2.2.17 label=2.2.17 Can anyone see anything wrong with this? Where else should I look troubleshoot? Thanks, Glenn Becker +----------------+ http://www.burningclown.com "Everyone's Portal to Nothing At All" +----------------+
