I have a freshly installed 2.2r3 system that is working quite nicely with one exception. It appears not to be detecting control characters. For instance, ^C will not kill the current process and ^D will not log me out. In the case of the ^C, it is printed on the screen. With ^D nothing happens. Does anyone know what might be happening?
