Is there anyone out there able to explain what do those VBEinit and vbeD0EDID
symbols mean and how I can fix the problem?
Dunno what VBEInit is, but the name does suggests its function.
vbeDoEDID is definately the bit of code for EDID probing of your
monitor to help determine the proper mode lines for XFree86 V4. I
don't think it's a fatal
error since I've disabled EDID probing for my X setup.
Check to make sure your SCREEN section is correct. Sorry I can't post
up my section
since I'm not at my linux box.
