Perhaps it is that the other lists do not send an "X-Mailing-List:" header.
All headers starting with "X" are non-standard, so you cannot assume that
they will always be present.

Check a message from the other lists and hit 'h' in mutt to show all the
headers.  Then look for some unique information that you can filter on.
Often mailing lists insert their own header (such as "X-Mailing-List" or
"X-List-Reply"), or use a standard header (such as "Sender") with the list
address in it.  You can try to filter on these as well.
