I have a question about character sets. Currently I have my locale set to US IS0-8859-1. Should I edit this to use other locales, and if so, what locales should I use?
The problem I am experiencing is when I am using mutt to read email, and I receive a mail from Thomas Kohler (I think) it shows up as From: Thomas K\366hler <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. Same thing happens in Netscape on web pages. I am using debian 2.2 linux thanks
