gnu.emacs.gnus which is *very* helpful and very friendly as is the Gnus mailing list (aka 'ding' list) http://quimby.gnus.org http://my.gnus.org (new) 'info gnus' and 'info message' (the second one is not so obvious ;-) Robert Epprecht.
