Here are some that I know of (these are package names)

hyperlatex     Creating HTML using LaTeX documents.
latex2html     LaTeX to HTML translator.
tex4ht         LaTeX and TeX for Hypertext (HTML)
untex          Remove LaTeX commands from input.

Plus there's pdflatex, which is included with tex packages on Debian.  It
makes PDF files straight from .tex sources.

I know there are RTF converters out there as well.  A good place to look for
TeX stuff is at http://www.ctan.org/ (the Comprehensive TeX Archive Network).
