IP-Masq is just a form of dynamic NAT. To do static NAT in 2.2.x
kernel, use the advanced-routing kernel features and the user space
tools iproute2 <ftp://ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing>. Debian has the
iproute package in cd2.
apt-get install iproute
