It thinks I'm using "rxvt," which is available in /etc/termcap there. That's probably not the problem, though, because I just found their /etc/Muttrc file (thanks to a previous reply). Unlike the Debian /etc/Muttrc, the one at my ISP lacks any color definitions. Problem solved.
