Also, I didn't say that it was "stupid" to post a QUESTION. I said it was USELESS to post a gripe. Also, while it may be a Debian package, you may want to confer with the Grub developers - they're ultimately responsible for Grub, and they'd probably like to know if their docs don't jibe with the actual operation of the program. Did you contact them? I don't agree that a package is necessarily buggy when it doesn't provide documentation - but your original post suggested that the docs didn't actually match what Grub did. In that case you should have filed a bug report. Did you? That's the proper response to finding a bug.
