Probably "British Summer Time" (GMT+1, I think the Americans call it daylight saving time). Some (all?) ISPs run a system which your system can query to get the 'correct' time (ntp), so I'd agree with the other poster who seemed to suggest using ntp. http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/ seems quite informative.
