Most cards (that I have/have seen) have LEDs near the RJ-45 jack. They usually tell you. The switch I have also indicates whether the connection is 10 or 100 and whether it is Full or half duplex. I don't know why, but the 2 ISA NE2000 clones that are supposedly full-duplex don't appear on the switch as full-duplex. -D
