As above. I am stuck. Can connect to ISP, but Netscape on Panel will not start, and I can't figure how to sign in to ISP in a console. With KDE & another linux flavor, kppp works and Netscape starts (no problem); so I do not think it is a hardware issue. TIA for suggestions.
