is there a significant security advantage in replacing inetd with xinetd? (i find xinetd easier to configure; also seems more flexible in allowing services to be attached to specific interfaces -- such as keeping telnet limited to intranet-only...) xinetd vs inetd : pro's and con's? -- does a brain cell think?
