Interesting. We have a trial version here which seems quite good but since it is feature limited, it is not clear /how/ good. Would you care to go into why you think its better than RR (offlist if you prefer)? Anyway, the original question might also be answered by saying: http://argouml.tigris.org/ (no .deb available afaik).
