You can't run gibraltar and a bunch of other stuff; gibraltar isn't a
package, it's more of an embedded system based on debian.  The whole
point of gibraltar is a turn-key solution based on debian, on a CD for
security and ease of use.

gibraltar is not what you want.  Install the "ipmasq" package.
