No XF86Config-4

I have just done a fresh install of woody and there is no XF86Config-4.  I have 
install-ed, --reinstall-ed, and dpkg-reconfigure-d several times on 
xserver-xfree86, xfree86-common, and xserver-common.  Any ideas?
