Not sure there's literally such a thing as a "PDF Editor"; Acrobat doesn't let you do much with an existing PDF file. But if you're looking to *create* PDF files, that you can do with ps2pdf, dvipdf, pdflatex, ... - it depends on the source of the file you want in PDF form.
