So, may I ask a related question? I am trying to use ssh on a DSL-connected system, and apparently encountered similar problems. That is, rp-ppoe (or firewall) does not allow incoming connection. How do I use ssh? Is there a way to get around this problem using a similar approach such as the passive mode to ftp? Thanks!
