Hi all. I'm new to debian after a year using redhat. I'm trying to get X-4.02 in unstable version....no luck...
Here's the error message I get in bash: "Cannot stat /etc/x11/X (No such file or directory), aborting The thing that baffles me is that I've installed X using dselect and gone through the xf86config script. I'm trying to install the NV driver for an nvidia video chip--I never got it set up in stable or potato version because I don't think the driver is in debian-3.3.6 x.
