hi, what does it mean with no brand name? Did you buy it seperately (in that case you must be knowing what brand is it..) or you have a computer, you don't know what's inside and don't mean to fiddle with the hardware? If you are running windows also, what's the name of the device (My Computer, right click, properties, device manager (view devices by type), sound).. that info may help... regards, Kundan
