bug list notification: How do I get on?

Hi!

Is this the list that sends me security update notices for when a new patch 
is written? Or is this the list that tells me that a box got hacked in such 
a such a manner, but bug fixes will follow?

I want to be notified of both when bugs are discovered and when the fixes 
are available!
