Even better: I checked the BTS (and the KDE equivalent) and saw that the bugs were outstanding already, at least as far as I could see that it was the same bug. I wasn't getting any additional info that could help, so I left it at that. I always do that before reporting a bug to make sure that what I'm blathering on about is not just a duplication. -- Mark L.
