Check http://www.linuxprinting.org/ You should be able to configure manually with this info.
Also try printtool in testing. It works with LPRNG (Not with BSD yet despite message). Need to edit /etc/init.d/lprng at this moment. Now uniprint drivers works too. Canon can use old driver and uniprint if I recall them correctly. Good luck.
